Items marked with "OrderedOnDemand" are not stock items and are ordered on behalf of the customer and then delivered. This can extend the availability in terms of time, since I am dependent on the availability of my suppliers.
If an item is ordered more frequently, the item will be marked "InStock" and I will keep a small buffer.
